Environments, LLC is here to help you Spruce Your Space. What does that involve?
We are a full service staging, organizing, and cleaning business. We work with realtors and their clients to improve the value of their home listings with our staging services. We help clients get organized so that they can feel at home in their spaces. We offer deep cleaning, scheduled spruce ups, turn-over services, and other housekeeping needs.
Environments, LLC Spruced Spaces is owned and operated by Kristin Conkright and Laura Seymour. We live across the street from one another in Kansas City, Missouri. We love our community and enjoy working with many friends and neighbors.

Organizing
We will be by your side, helping you curate your possessions so they work for you. Let us help you declutter and organize. From donation drop off, to storage solutions, to encouragement.
Let us make your spaces make sense. Show us and tell us your goals, and we will create a plan to get where you want to be. We offer guidance on what to keep, what to donate and what to rehome or recycle. We can do it with you or on our own. We’ll take away your donations and bring you the tax write-off form.
We’ll follow up with encouragement and to make sure the solutions are working for you!
Staging
We help real estate professionals showcase their properties with our staging and move-in/move-out cleaning services. We understand the unique needs of this industry and are happy to accommodate flexible scheduling.
We share a passion for the unique charm of our historic and older homes in our own neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Your expertise in the real estate market, combined with our dedication to preserving and enhancing these properties, creates a mutual commitment to the community.
Concierge
Our concierge services offer a wide range of personalized assistance, including personal shopping, gift wrapping, meal prep, plant care, vacation-sitting, and even gift certificates.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Our expert cleaning team provides tailored services to fit your needs. We provide these services to individuals as well as realtors and property managers. From light cleaning and deep cleaning to move-in/move-out cleans, staging and styling, prep for showings, and turn-over cleanings, we’ve got you covered.
